Lyon Apparel uses quality fabrics to manufacture its jerseys to be able to answer as best as possible the American Football demands: solidity, elasticity and durability.
Shoulders and sleeves are made in double-dazzel for a better resistance to hits. The body of the jerseys are made in polyester ricehole mesh for a better ventilation of the player in action. Finally, Lyon Apparel offers two types of quality for the side inserts: Speedo-like* for the Katanga type and Lycra-like* for the Massaļ type.
The most demanding teams can ask for the Atlas type made with Spandex-like* inserts.
The Katanga type is initially intended to teams challenging in amateur Championships. The Massaļ type is more intended to the Pro or Pro-like teams, although it is the most demanded quality for its better resistance in time and during the games, and also for its great value for money.

Lyon Apparel designed two models up to date, others will be available later taking into account the teams requests: a Bronco style and a Teknix style. All combinations of standard colors are possible for free, so these two models allow a very large range of possibilities.
The color of each and every piece of fabric can be customized, hence a large variety of color combinations: shoulders - sleeves - body - collar - sleeves end - side inserts. Moreover, we offer three different fonts to be used (Athletic, Lyon and Kelt) to highlight the name of your team, players or also sponsors.
